Samsung has just demonstrated their SPH-N2000 ultra-thin cellphone and its an amazing 14.5mm thick. Other features include streaming video and music, 1.3 Megapixel camera and can storage of up to 120MB in Mp3 files, and just in case that’s not enough, you get GPS as well.

Looks promising for Samsung. Gone will be the days where unsightly pocket bulges haunts mobile users.
