British engineers have developed the Ech2o, a hydrogen-sipping car that could travel the world on just 25 Watts of power. Built by BOC, the Ech2o will race at the Shell Eco Marathon, piloted by 13 year-old Jack ‘Impossibly Hip Last Name’ Dex.
