LG and Samsung Dual Mode Phones

LG, Samsung and Kineto Wireless announced today that they have entered into an agreement where Samsung will license Kineto Wireless UMA technology for inclusion in future Samsung Cellular/Wi-Fi handsets.
UMA Technology, the 3GPP standard for Cellular/Wi-Fi convergence, enables mobile operators to leverage the economic and performance advantages of Wi-Fi/IP access to provide a dramatically improved subscriber experience for mobile voice, data and IMS services.
