Wooden Wobble Board
I really need to get rid of this 1 pack on my stomach and I came across this innovative exercise machine. Could prove to be quite interesting as its uses your own balance and co-ordination to take out those fats.
Using a Wobble Board is a bit like surfing on the spot (and on dry land, obviously). It feels a bit strange at first, but you’ll soon notice the benefits.
