Boxwave ClearTouch Anti Glare PDA Protector
The Boxwave ClearTouch protector is the first PDA protector I have ever tried to stick on my wife’s PDA. This protector is great in that it will cut down the viewing glare, and is virtually indestructible. An added bonus is that a very non-sticky adhesive is used, so that when you remove the protector, there is no yucky residue left on the PDA screen.
The Boxwave ClearTouch doesn’t come with a lot of extras. The package includes only a cover with the screen protector inside a small plastic bag. On the cover there are instructions for the installation and for washing the adhesiveness of the protector.
Installation for Boxwave ClearTouch
Cleaning my PDA screen with a soft cloth and applying the screen protector didn’t take me more than 1 minute. I then swipe away the bubbles with the help of a credit card and voila, perfect fit on the screen. Easy peesy for a geek like me and practice makes perfect.
Boxwave ClearTouch is really Clear
There is practically no difference in the colour and brightness of the screen before and after applying the screen. As the name goes, its basically crystal clear and you won’t even miss the spots on Pamela Anderson’s image .
The feeling on the screen
Another positive impression comes form the feeling of the stylus tapping and writing on my handheld. The screen is very responsive but I did however need to re-adjust the screen settings to set things right.
Conclusion
The Boxwave ClearTouch screen protectors are not exactly cheap at $12.95 each. They are also not the most expensive screen protectors on the market. Considering the excellent performances , reusability and the durability I would imagine that this is a perfect choice to keep your screens in tip top condition.
