Data Teleportation
Scientists in Copenhagen have managed to create a… TELEPORTER! What the hell? Yep.
They’ve so far only managed to transport anything 18 inches, but that’s quite a feat, I think you’ll agree! “Creating entanglement is a very important step, but there are two more steps at least to perform teleportation. We have succeeded in making all three steps — that is entanglement, quantum measurement and quantum feedback.” That’s what the scientists say anyway. The scientists managed to figure out how to teleport groups of billions of atoms from on place to another. I won’t go into details, but let’s just say it involves using light, quantum mechanics, magnetism and a new fangled concept that they call “entanglement.” All sounds pretty fancy. WIll this change the world forever? Is this just the next step in a lazy-world? Or is this really all a hoax. You decide over at CNN. Once voted the ‘World’s most unlikely invention ties 1st place with time machine’, the teleporter won’t be ready for mass-use for decades to come, even if this has happened.

trust me, time machines are real. fast forward to the future and find out…
(well, here’s what I really think: anything can happen)

well, what was 18 inches?
18 inches of data?
18 inches of wool?
…
thanks, I’m curious and too lazy to go to CNN
