OnAir GT HDTV for Notebooks
This site has just completed a comprehensive review of a really cool USB HDTV tuner/DVR solutions for notebooks called OnAir GT. The thing is amazing and turns any decent notebook into a HDTV and DVR by using a good old fashioned telescoping antenna. The review includes a few full-res screen grabs of HDTV content. The clarity of this thing is absolutely crystal clear.

I just got the OnAir GT and I am blown away. What a great idea, especially for a business traveller like me, spending time at airports. It is powered through the USB port and the picture is great. You can use a small (included) antennae or connect it to a cable TV network. You can view full screen or size it so you can work on a spreadsheet and still watch the news or football in sizeable window that you can put anywhere on the screen. Record a show to the hard drive and view it later. The picture is amazingly clear and smooth. When at home, I can do my work and still watch my favorite college football games in HD. This thing is awesome. I’ve not seen anything that can beat the picture quality for the price.
