Fix Your Gadgets with FixYa
Ronny from fixya.com, had dropped me an email just now..It’s a cool website where a support community and knowledgebase is available for tips and hints on repairing consumer products. This site is something like the Yahoo Answers equilavent and its pretty Web 2.0 looking too. In other words, its a social tech support website where millions of people every month get free online support by community experts.
Fixya was founded by two entrepreneurs who decided to take advantage of the fact that many consumer product manufacturers are not providing adequate support through their web sites. FixYa’s founders had a hard time finding relevant and updated support information for their printer or digital camera, and therefore decided to create the site.
