CES 2008 - Sony Rolly Music Player goes to USA
The Sony Rolly Music Player is already available in Japan for 39,800 yen (US$364), so its hoping to garner more sales on American soil around Q2 2008 in the USA, according to CES 2008 updates. This dancing egg-shaped speaker features programmed moves via the PC software or it can dance by itself. It plays streaming music from any A2DP device in stereo via Bluetooth, spports MP3, ATRAC or ACC files, has 2GB internal memory and it can last 5 hours of music, or 4 hours of dance and music of playback. Careful your cat or dog doesn’t get jealous or it’ll get a good chomping.

Will the sound distorted when the device start to roll? On the other hand, I wouldn’t be worrying about the quality of the speaker as it’s Sony-made. And the design is unique.
