The Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch in Kuala Lumpur , thanks Samsung
The Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch has touched down in Kuala Lumpur but due to other matters, I won’t be able to make it there. Set your date as Monday is the date to be in KL.
Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd heightens the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay Excitement at the Olympic Torch Relay Fun Run held at Dataran Merdeka with over 500 participants. The Fun Run is held in conjunction with the Beijing Olympic Torch Relay in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.
At the Fun Run, Samsung intensified the Olympics Spirit further by providing a wide range of thrilling ground activities surrounding the torch relay event which will be repeated on relay day. Samsung roller-bladders were energetically blading their way to give out freebies to the participants and parading their stunts to the enthusiastic crowd at Dataran Merdeka.
Excitement oozed out from all each of the Samsung torchbearers as they prepared themselves to achieve their objective of spreading the Olympic Spirit by carrying the Flame in Malaysia. This was the second time since 1964, for the Olympic torch to pass through Malaysia where Malaysians can witness the most prestigious sporting symbol up-close. The excitement continues tomorrow as Samsung invites all Malaysian to celebrate the spirit of Olympics and share this defining moment for Malaysia!
