When Not to Wear a Bluetooth Headset

by Rico on July 18th, 2008

The Gadgenista asks when it’s appropriate to wear a Bluetooth Headset. For all the clueless out there, here’s a quick guide:

  • Do wear Bluetooth headsets when driving. Recent laws should be enough incentive.
  • Don’t wear Bluetooth headsets while walking around. Unless you want to come off as the Locutus of Borg.
  • Never ever wear Bluetooth headsets while on a date. But if you’re date is already wearing one when you meet, feel free to do so.

Bonus Tip: Make sure everyone can see your Bluetooth headset while you’re talking handsfree. It’s so easy to look like you’re talking to yourself if it’s not that obvious.
